Solar power systems installation
JARCON solar offers you a three different types of structures for mounting photovoltaic panels. We survey your site. We consider the elevation of your building and perform a shadow analysis of the tall structures in your vicinity. A careful inspection is done on the material of your roof and strength of your pillars. This determines the handling capacity of weight for your rooftop.
Types of installation:
1) tin roof mounting:
When we look for means of attaching an array to your metal roof, we want to be sure that the system follows certain protocols. We ensure that the roof remains water-tight and the tensile strength is capable of handling the load. We use u-rails and mini-rails to attach the photovoltaic panels to metal rooftops. This gives us three advantages. It is hassle free, fast and easy to install and, most importantly, it is cost effective.
2) ballast structure:
ballast structures are a flat roof mounting construction for a large, levelled surface. This structure is relatively easy to install and can be pre-assembled for quick pv panel mounting. The set-up uses the roof as base. The two support structures are of different lengths so that we can have optimum inclination for capturing maximum sunlight. The angle of inclination is decided based upon your latitude. The number of ballast structures depends on your roof load limit. In case your roof does not have the capacity for direct mounting of anchor fastener, we use concrete blocks as the hold for the anchor fastener.
3) elevated structure:
installing solar system on rooftops uses up the space and leaves very little room. Worry not! We have a way for you to have your cake and eat it too. You can observe that in the above rooftop installation. The panels can be fixed at a height of 10 to 20 feet depending on your requirement. This essentially leaves you with a nice little roof of panels beneath which you can hold informal functions.
